Administrator – Buying Department

To provide administration support to the buying process

Main Responsibilities
Processing orders onto computerised purchasing system
Maintenance of product database
Reconciliation of invoices
Monitor and control supplier deliveries
Liaise with Labellers
Effective management of stock throughout network
General administration duties
Collation of information to support the buying process
Ad hoc work – data entry, producing reports etc...

Person Specification;
Good communication skills
Highly analytical
Excellent attention to detail
Work well under pressure
Be confident, self-motivated and enthusiastic in your approach
Good solid administration experience
Good working knowledge of MS Excel

Additional Information:
Salary - £15,000
Based in Epsom
9am – 5pm with 1 hour for lunch
Pension
20 days rising to 30
Subsidised Parking
