Reservations Administrator

Overview:
This position is responsible for handling administrative tasks requested by the Reservations team.

Responsibilities:
Using the reservation system, verify and process daily transactions according to customer email requests
Respond to all customer and resort correspondence received via mail, email, telephone and voicemail
In-bound call handling for the Reservations department
Send out all correspondence to the client membership base.
Complete owner updates as instructed by client HQ

Knowledge, Abilities, and Skills
Must possess previous admin / customer service experience
Travel industry experience would be an advantage, but is not a pre requisite
Must be computer literate
Must possess excellent oral communication skills

Additional Information:
£16,000
Working shifts between 8:00 to 18:00
Required to work 1 in 3 Saturday’s 09:00 to 17:00
