We will continue our support and expertise beyond the point of offer and acceptance right up to induction of new starters. High Calibre Candidates We attract our candidates through local advertising, internet job sites and most importantly through recommendation. Quality is ensured through in depth interviewing and testing procedures. Computer test results are available on request and free training is provided to enhance candidates’ skills if necessary. References are always checked before we send out temporary staff. Permanent Staff Once you have placed a vacancy with Optima Recruitment we will provide you with an indication of suitable candidates with 24 hours. We will only send CVs when the candidate has confirmed interest. Temporary Staff Your Account Manager will be able to advise you within 1 hour if they can fill your assignment. We will then provide you with the candidate’s details, tests results and references. |
